Bogus report - election fraud nonsense

Navarro Report - a 36-page rehash of election fraud claims.

This report is full of bogus claims of voter fraud. it's interesting to read the whole report, which I did, and do a deep dive into the endnotes, which I also did. I found multitudinous affidavit referenced with no link to most of them so it's impossible to trace them. I also found references to highly biased articles in pro-Trump publications,

The report points out a votes-for-raffle-tickets scheme supposedly run by Native American pro-Biden organizations. This would be questionable because of 18 U.S. Code § 597 Expenditures to influence voting which prohibits offering money or gifts in exchange for voting especially for voting for a specific candidate. But the raffles were all geared toward to get-out-the-vote pushes rather than "vote of Biden or Trump" schemes, so the courts have not seen fit to act on the lawsuit's allegations.

In another example of the report's bad information, it quotes Jesse Morgan, a subcontractor truck driver for the USPS, who alleges that he hauled almost 300,000 ballots the he alleged were fraudulent because they had out-of-state return addresses on them. Of course, that not that unusual - states always have ballots from out-of-state residents hauled to vote counting centers. He also claims that after he parked his rig the trailer "disappeared." Morgan is a former ghost-hunter - he's moved out of two homes because he was certain they were haunted. He has since recanted all of his election fraud claims.1

Included in this report are dead links to stories in pro-Trump publications. That's not all that suspicious. Writers get links wrong and publications withdraw articles. Also included are uncorroborated critiques of election fraud debunking studies.

On the whole this "report" rehashes the claims in Trumps tweets without saying much else. No surprises.
